Fixed quote

Web3Swap prints a receive figure on the order ticket and holds it for a short broadcast window. You fund the exact deposit from a wallet you control; when deposit rules are met, payout matches that ticket amount.

• Fee for fixed mode is shown on the quote row before you confirm.
• Hold time is printed on the live order — not a permanent lock.
• If the market gaps hard before your send appears on-chain, the order screen may offer continue-at-market or recover toward an address you name.

Wallet tip: Amount and rail must match the ticket. Extra partials or wrong-network sends stall detection.

Float quote

Float settles after your deposit reaches the required confirmations. A rising market can improve the payout; a falling market can reduce it.

• Float fee is also shown on the quote row (usually lower than fixed).
• Final number typically resolves shortly after confirmation depth clears.

Example: Quote ~1,000 USDT → ~0.015 BTC on Web3Swap. Fixed aims for that BTC figure; float can finish above or below once the deposit is final.
