Welcome to web3swap.io. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to Web3Swap — a NO-KYC Web3 crypto exchange for one-shot, wallet-to-wallet swaps. Opening quotes, creating an order, or browsing the site constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, leave the site and do not broadcast any deposit.
1. Agreement scope
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and on-site notices form the entire agreement for use of Web3Swap. They apply to every visit and every Exchange ID you create. No separate account agreement exists because the product does not open user accounts.
2. Who may use the service
You must be 18+ and legally able to contract. By continuing you confirm that:
- Local age and capacity rules allow you to use a crypto swap service.
- You are not located in, and do not reside in, a comprehensively sanctioned territory (including North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions) or any other territory we exclude from time to time.
- You are not listed on an applicable sanctions or restricted-persons list.
- Your activity on web3swap.io will comply with the laws that apply to you.
3. What Web3Swap is (and is not)
Web3Swap is a session-based swap desk: you choose a pair, review a live rate (service fee included), paste a receive address, and send the deposit amount from a wallet you control. There is no hosted trading balance and no private-key custody product.
Seed phrases, hardware devices, and browser wallets remain entirely under your control. Misplaced keys or wrong-network sends are your responsibility.
Orders are temporary. A live page can be reopened with the Exchange ID for 24 hours; afterward it is removed from our systems. That design is intentional — Web3Swap is not a multi-year customer ledger.
4. Your obligations
While using the platform you agree to:
- Secure your endpoints: Protect wallets, devices, and recovery material. We cannot reverse a compromised key.
- Stay lawful: Meet tax, sanctions, AML, and other rules that bind you personally.
- Verify every field: Asset, network badge, amount, memo/tag, and payout address must match before you broadcast. Confirmed chain transfers are irreversible.
- Accept crypto risk: Volatility, congestion, client bugs, and regulation can change timing and value.

5. Forbidden use
Do not use Web3Swap to:
- Commit fraud or other unauthorized or illegal acts.
- Launder value, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions.
- Move proceeds of crime.
- Abuse, overload, scrape, or attack web3swap.io or related systems.
- Circumvent security or compliance measures.
- Infringe third-party rights through the service.
We may refuse or interrupt access and, where required, notify competent authorities when we reasonably suspect prohibited activity.
6. Rates, network fees, and quotes
The number shown before you confirm already includes the Web3Swap service fee. Miner/validator fees belong to each chain and can spike with congestion. Confirming an order means you accept that moment’s displayed rate mode (fixed or float) and fee structure.
7. Privacy posture
Standard swaps do not require registration or identity upload. We do not maintain KYC profiles or named balances. Operational handling of live orders is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Risks you accept
Price movement: Quotes can diverge from later market prices between deposit detection and payout. Web3Swap is not liable for mark-to-market differences.
Infrastructure: Chains, wallets, ISPs, and browsers can fail or congest. Continuous uptime is not guaranteed.
External networks: Settlement depends on blockchains we do not operate. Inclusion delays or failures on those networks fall outside our control.
No advice: Content on web3swap.io is not investment, legal, or tax advice.
9. Liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web3Swap, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform, including without limitation:
- Loss of crypto from user error, wallet compromise, or chain failures.
- Losses from rate changes between quote and settlement.
- Unauthorized use of your keys or devices.
- Stuck or slow deposits caused by underpriced fees or mempool backlog.
- Actions taken to comply with law, including refusing or interrupting a transfer.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Web3Swap, its operators, affiliates, and personnel against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
11. Changes, law, and access
We may update these Terms; the revised text and a new “Last Updated” date will appear here. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere. Where binding arbitration is allowed, disputes connected to Web3Swap or these Terms will be resolved that way unless mandatory local law requires another forum.
We may limit, suspend, or end access when we believe these Terms were broken, when law requires it, or for operational reasons. Prior obligations survive termination.
If a court invalidates one clause, the remaining Terms stay in force.
