Web3Swap (web3swap.io) is a NO-KYC Web3 crypto exchange designed so a swap is a temporary order — not a lasting customer profile. This Privacy Policy explains what we handle while an order is live, what we deliberately skip, and how long operational records remain.
1. Product model
There is no signup for a standard swap, no hosted balance in your name, and no identity onboarding step. You receive an Exchange ID so you or support can reopen that order for up to 24 hours. When the window ends, the order page is deleted from our systems. That retention limit is a core part of the privacy design.
2. What a live order may include
We process only what that single transfer needs to settle:
- Deposit and payout addresses you enter
- Amounts, asset symbols, and network labels shown on the order
- On-chain references used to detect deposit and send payout
Those fields attach to the Exchange ID for the retention window. They are not stored as a named KYC file.
3. What we intentionally do not collect
For ordinary swaps Web3Swap does not request or keep:
- Government ID, selfies, or other KYC documents
- Email/password accounts or trading histories
- Hosted exchange balances
- Device fingerprints, analytics suites, or IP-based advertising profiles
4. Purpose of processing
Live order data exists so we can:
- Execute and show status for the wallet-to-wallet swap you started
- Answer lawful requests when we are legally obliged to do so
We do not sell personal data, rent contact lists, or build ad audiences from swap activity.
5. Browser storage
Storage in your browser stays functional — for example theme and language so the UI matches your last visit. We do not run analytics suites, ad pixels, or cross-site trackers. Turning off cookies may simply reset those local preferences.
6. Security measures
We apply ordinary safeguards for a public swap interface:
- TLS between your browser and web3swap.io
- Limited access to systems that handle live orders
- Periodic review of the public site’s security posture
No online service is perfectly secure; residual risk remains when you use Web3Swap.
7. Retention clock
Unlike venues that keep multi-year KYC archives, Web3Swap keeps live order pages and related platform logs for 24 hours from creation. After deletion they are not available from our systems for later browsing. Keep the Exchange ID yourself if you may need help during that window.
8. Requests about personal data
Depending on your location, you may ask about access, correction, deletion, or objection for personal data we still hold. Because we do not maintain KYC profiles or hosted balances, the practical scope is usually limited to any live order still inside the retention window.

9. Minors
Web3Swap is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly serve minors. If you believe someone under 18 used the service, contact us so we can act.
10. Policy updates
We may revise this Privacy Policy. The new text and “Last Updated” date will appear on this page. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised policy.
